Hello! My name is Erika Villarreal. I am the owner of Small Bites. 

 I spent most my childhood growing up in Texas City a small city not to far from Houston.  I’m very family oriented I have three sister and two brothers that gave me 12 of the best gifts my nieces and nephews. Holidays and Family get together are the best time at my house it get crazy and loud but we share some of the best memories over good food. In my spare time I have many hobbies from baking to traveling or just enjoying a good movie on the couch with my fur babies and don’t let me forget eating I am a huge foodie. I have been with my Best friend/Honey since September of 2008 we share the love of art and food. I've always dreamed of owning my own business I remember as a child going to work with my father dreaming of that one day I would be the boss. I get asked all the time why baking? Why not! I love to make sweets just as much as eating them. But baking is about so much more then just a sweet treat it about the experience for me I absolutely love the look on someone face after they have taken that first bite.  I’m an self-taught baker my passion for baking took off after making my first cake for a friends baby shower. I’m still learning an growing as a professional baker and with help from my family I plan to turn my home-based business into my dream bakery.
